I know the release of GnH is still long ways out. But when I am putting up the screenies for the 'Iter Per Mundum' series I am just getting so excited about this game. Am I alone in this or will this game bring all the adventure and excited we are all dieing to get our hands on?

The last official word is 'when it is ready'. The chirps on the official forum is Q1 2007, but I think Q1 2008 is more likely. Although, if you have a look at the official, which you should, and look at the worldmap or combat section they might be further ahead than I think.
This game is going to be so beautiful, I don't mind waiting for it. It would be a shame if we get disappointed quickly by crappy gameplay.
