To sign up you must create a personalized Perpetual Entertainment Platform Account, which will also allow you to log-in to their forums. If you've already got a forum account there, then you're all set to go!
There will be several stages of both open and closed beta, with limited slots open for gamers. These slots will be filled by PEP account holders.
